Description

All the bedrooms will be air conditioned and heated ( both floors ) this means that it will be possible to accept bookings for 10 people also during the winter time.

Developed over two levels the villa has a large terrace shaded by a century old wisteria and a panoramic solarium.

On the first level: A large living room with white sofas and sliding French windows connecting with the patio, a formal dining room, and kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven). A study, two bathrooms (one with tub and the other with shower) and a wardrobe.

One double bedroom (beds cannot be separated) with en suite bathroom with bathtub.

Outside: there are several lovely views on the way down (approx. 112 steps ) to the sea and the rock that is a swimming platform.

The villa is not suitable for people with walking difficulties

This property is spectacularly located on the promontory of Portofino, just five minutes by foot from the central piazzetta with its designer shops, seafood restaurants, harbor and elegant yachts. The Portofino area is ideal for relaxing, hiking, doing water sports, and taking day trips to other areas of the Riviera or to Cinqueterre. Santa Margherita is 4 km away, Genoa is 30 minutes by highway, Florence 3 hours, Rome is 5 hours south and Milan is 2 hours north, and Cinqueterre is a perfect day trip including the train back and forth and walking from one village to the next.
