Casa del Lago is quaint lakeshore cottage with its own mooring and beach. It is a charming L-shaped villa with two wings connected by a common courtyard. One wing is for rental and in the other one lives the owner (a friendly nice lady). Peace and privacy is a guarantee. The listed price is for 5 people. A 6th person is accepted if not older than 6 y.o. at 150 Euro. Pets are welcome.

La Casa del Lago features:

One double bedroom with independent access from the garden and an ensuite (shower). This bedroom is connected to the rest of the house by passing through a single bedroom. Adjacent to that single bedroom is a bathroom with an old fashioned marble tub as well as a separate stall shower. Overlooking the single bedroom from a loft is the master bedroom, which is air conditioned. On this upper level there is also a second, smaller single bedroom appropriate for a child under 10. There is also a sitting room with billiard table, television (sat), fireplace and large arched French doors leading to the garden plus a dining area and eat-in-kitchen with direct access to the garden. Tastefully and carefully decorated, La Casa del lago offers a romantic holiday on the shore of the lake.

Activities

There is a sports club with 3 tennis courts and Olympic pool (10 min. walk) which guests may use for a daily or weekly rate. The beach is 50 meters from the villa. There are also 2 golf courses within 10-15 min drive and 7 more within 45 min. The ferry to the other beautiful lake resort towns and islands docks at Belgirate. Just a 10 minute walk. There is also a pedestrian route behind the house that offers a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore, and it leads to the nearby town of Lesa. There you can find grocery shops and restaurants and there is also the possibility to order and take out delicious meals at the nearby Rapanello Restaurant in Lesa
