Casa Riccio is situated in a panoramic position in the Piedmont region on Lake Maggiore's western shore, 4 km from Lesa and the beaches, and 6 km from Arona.
It is a detached modern house sleeping 4 with extraordinary views over the lake and the castle of Angera. Casa Riccio is the ideal accommodation for a family, it consists in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area and TV (Sat) corner.

The area, blessed by a mild climate and an amazing landscape has plenty to offer: summer festivals, fine restaurants, just romantic strolls by the lake, quaint little villages and castles waiting to be explored.

Casa Riccio is just at 1 Km from Massino Visconti (shops and restaurants); at a five minute drive from Lesa where are more shops, restaurants, a fitness center with pool, tennis court and a pebbly beach.
The entrance to the motorway is just 4 km away. Both Arona and Stresa are within a 10 minute drive; Lake Orta is 15 minutes far, Milano 60 minutes by car or by train and Malpensa airport at a 35 minutes drive.
Train station in Lesa (4 km). More frequent trains connecting to Milan and Switzerland stops in Arona (4 km) or Stresa (6 km).
Ferry Launches to the picturesque Borromean islands (Isola Madre, Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori), and the surrounding botanic gardens (opens from April 1st to October 31st. in Stresa and Arona.

Completely independent and built on two levels, the villa is surrounded by its own private terraced garden (about 1000 sqm). Each terrace is connected by external stone steps for this reason the property is not suitable to small children or people with walking difficulties.
DESCRIPTION
Casa Riccio, which can accommodate 4 people, reflects refinement and good taste. It is airy, spacious and comfortably furnished with some design items and pieces of art crafts bought during the owner’s various trips, such as the ancient Arab Door from Rabat. Floors are covered with timber parquetry. The interior provides open spaces and thanks to the large windows offers open view over the lake.
Please note that it is necessary to have a car at this property.
Access: Through a gated entrance: 10 steps downhill, lead to the house.

The house consists on three floors, two are for rental (about 140 sqm), while in the basement are stored the owner personal belongings.
The entrance of the house is from the upper level, here, the rail of the hall representing a dance, work of a famous artist, frames the blue of the sky. The hall gives access to the master bedroom (bed 170x200); on the same floor there are a twin bedroom, which beds (each of 80x 190) can be fitted as a double, and a bathroom (with tub).
18 steps lead down to the bright living room/ TV corner/ dining area where are comfortable sofas, armchairs, TV sat, HiFi, large table for 8 people, 5 large windows offering beautiful lake views, access to the panoramic terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and oven. There is an other bathroom at this floor (without shower or tub).
Casa Riccio is perfect for a family, children from 1 to 6 yo are not accepted.
Maid service 3 hours of maid service each Wednesday and Saturday are included in the rental price. The maid can also provide laundry service for 10 Euro x hour (to pay directly)
