Il Giardino is an air conditioned free-standing house with small garden in the heart of Milan.
It sleeps 6 in an elegant and relaxing setting at just 400 meters from the subway and at 3 stops only from the Duomo Cathedral.
Giardino features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area, fully appointed kitchen and a beautiful patio.
Il Giardino is the ideal hideaway conceived to satisfy the needs of the most sophisticated guests looking for privacy and distinguished lifestyle.
It is a real home in the heart of Milan, where it is possible to enjoy the perfect peace and yet be in the frenzy of the Milan’s centre.
The setting is elegant and relaxing. The property which spans a total of about 1700 sqm includes the large home of the owner and the guest house each with a separate entrance from the well-kept small garden full of flowers, bushes and blossoms.
10 meters from the owner building is the yellow painted guest house of about 130 sqm. It was completely renovated in 2008 and stylishly furnished by the owner. The are many windows and a large glass door that flood the rooms with light.
The warm colors of the walls, the wooden floors and the white beam ceilings provide harmony and a free and refined atmosphere of absolute intimacy.
GROUND FLOOR
The entrance accessed by the French glass door leads to a living room with dining area. The kitchen is bright, cosy and fully appointed. From the living room, and from the adjacent kitchen, there is direct access to the patio and the garden, perfect for enjoying warm weather. On the same floor next to the kitchen there is a small bedroom with bathroom (shower). (Please note this very simple bedroom has a lower standard compared to the others at the upper level)
UPPER FLOOR (mansard)
One double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower), one twin bedroom with bathroom (shower).
Apartment Il Giardino provides:
Air Conditioning in the 2 upper bedrooms ONLY - Heating – Patio with outdoor furnishing - Washing machine - Internet connection - Cleaning 2 hour per day Mon to Sat.
Upon request it is possible to have extra maid service and cook service.
Arrival / Departure any day of the week.
