The apartment faces the inner courtyard, and although the apartment is very quite and safe, the windows are double glazed and gated for your added comfort all.

This welcoming 160 SQM apartment is fitted with parquet flooring which opens up directly on to a grand open space characterised by an elegant yet essential design. This space includes a living area with two comfortable couches - one of which is a sofa bed, a dining area with a table for 8, a plasma TV set and Hi Fi stereo and DVD player.

Two large sliding doors provide access to the double bedroom with a king-size bed, large wardrobe and bookcase.

The children’s bedroom with bunk beds is accessed by the corridor.

The apartment provides two nice bathrooms, one with a shower and heated towel rail, and the other with marble tiling and a Jacuzzi tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and a toaster.

An original winding stair case leads down to the lower level provided with three small windows. This room has a large mirror occupying the whole wall, and a sofa bed with a table therefore it can be used as a study, fitness room, or a second living room.

The area

Apartment Pergolesi is very well located in a residential road conveniently close to a bustling commercial street. It offers plenty of activities (from restaurants to shops), as well as being close to the Metro and bus stop. The centre of the town and the fashion district is four metro stops way (5 minutes). The Central rail road station is in walking distance, and from here you can also get the bus to Malpensa airport.

Linate airport is 15 minutes by taxi and the motorway is 15 minutes away.
