Located 2km uphill Lesa, on Lake Maggiore, T POINT is a detached modern villa with a fenced garden and a panoramic terrace. It consists of living room, terrace, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite.

Overlooking Lake Maggiore and the Castle of Angera, T POINT is just outside of Lesa and within 4 km of Stresa and Arona. Located in a residential area the villa is surrounded by a manicured fenced garden providing full privacy. The caretaker, who doesn't speak English, resides 200 from the villa, while the English (and French) speaking owner can assist you by phone in case of emergency.

The twin bedrooms are smaller than the master bedroom and so T Point is the ideal accommodation for a family.

T POINT is a modern, nicely decorated, detached villa on two floors. The entrance opens into a spacious living room with fireplace, TV, and large French doors opening to the large panoramic terrace ideal for relaxed summer dining. At the same level there is a separate dining room with table for 8, a small kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and little electric oven. Toilet.

Upper floor: The spacious and bright master bedroom with double bed offering open view of the blue lake has an ensuite (slipper tub with shower ) and access to the terrace. At the same floor there are 2 twin bedrooms each with beds of 80 cm that can be joined. Both bedrooms have an ensuite with (slipper tub with shower).

T POINT is nicely furnished and very well cared for, has bright coloured walls framing the panoramic windows, ornamental detail, fine upholstery and linens are provided. Each bedroom has direct access to the upper terrace and its own small private bathroom (please note the shower is combined with the slipper tub, for this reason is not recommended to aged people). Equipment includes refrigerator, telephone, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave, ADSL Internet connection. The furnishings are a blend of good quality contemporary pieces sprinkled with some antiques.

Both terraces enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake and a variety of outdoor seating areas offer added enjoyment.

Please notice that the local train passes 250 meters from the property, (downhill and separated by other properties, trees, and bushes). To reach the property you have to drive for about 100 meters on a winding road that goes steeply uphill

Activities

In the nearby there is plenty to see and do. You also won't want to miss a tour of the Borromean islands. Isola Bella, the largest, is almost entirely occupied by a villa built by Carlo III Borromeo in honor of his wife Isabella. The rest of the island is sheer fantasy.

Isola dei Pescatori harbors an ancient fishing village with tiny narrow streets and some good eating. Finally, there is Isola Madre with another Borromean palace and note worthy botanical gardens. There is plenty of exploring for you in the mountains, the tiny lakeshore villages, the markets, the spas, or nearby Switzerland.

Distances

Stresa is 4 km north while Arona is 4 km south - Milan is about 1 hour by train and the Malpensa international airport is not much more than a 40 minute drive.

Lesa is 1500 meters downhill, there you can find grocery shops and restaurants and there is also the possibility to order and take out delicious meals at the nearby Rapanello Restaurant in Lesa.

In Lesa there is a sports club with 3 tennis courts and Olympic pool while the beach is 2 km from the villa. There are also 2 golf courses within a 10-15 min drive and 7 more within 45 mins.

Ferries in Stresa 4 km - Railroad station in Lesa - (please note the local train passes 250 meters from the property, downhill and separated by other properties, trees, and bushes ).
