This cozy apartment is the perfect accommodation for a small group of friends or a family who want to spend their holidays in Paris. It sleeps 4 in two elegantly furnished bedrooms with shared bathroom. It is located in one of the most famous areas of the city, Montmartre, a few minutes from the church of the Sacre Coeur. In the area it is possible to find several shops, art galleries, restaurants and bars. Built upon a hill, the north facing side of the apartment is on the third floor with the small garden of Place Jean Baptiste Clement directly in front of it, just 500 meters from Place du Tertre. The south side of the apartment is on the 8th floor gazing across Paris. The house itself is like a family private house with antiques in the staircase, engravings, and 2 families living in the 3 other flats. The flats are sunny and bright, and come with modern and antique furniture.

This lovely apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa-bed for 2, dining corner and American style fully equipped kitchen. There is also one bedroom with two single beds which can be converted to a king-size bed, another bedroom with two single beds which can be converted to a double bed. One bathroom with bath tub, and an independent toilet. The view is splendid. The apartment is nicely furnished with a combination of modern and antique pieces. TV. Hi-fi. Telephone on request in the living room and in each bedroom.
