In the past this lovely little house used to be the granary of the main farm. The owner totally restored it last year paying attention to many details, yet at the same time managing to keep the authentic and simple atmosphere of the house.

It is surrounded by its own garden with a table and chairs; perfect place to sit and watch the sunset.

All the windows are painted in cobalt – walls are painted in blue and pail yellow, and there are authentic hand made cotto Toscano tiles on the floor.

It has a large open plan kitchen with a fireplace and sitting area. The kitchen is provided with a small fridge, dishwasher, 2 electric ranges, small oven, kettle and a radio.

On this level there is also one cozy single bedroom with access to the garden and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor (14 steps) there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (no door) with an antique cast iron bathtub and marble basin.
