It is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees in a landscape modelled by centuries of farmers' patient toil. The views encompass the Castle of Santa Maria Novella and stretch as far as the towers of San Gimignano across the rolling countryside.
The dependence is the perfect place for a couple or small family seeking an affordable an authentic Tuscan rental right in the centre of everything.
The newly renovated and completely restored unit features an independent entrance from a private garden, and a patio for al fresco dining with views of The Santa Maria Novella Castle.
The unit (50 sqm) can accommodate 2 + 2 People and consists of:
- A living room with working fireplace and fold out sofa bed
- A separate kitchenette featuring a stove, fridge, sink, and coffee machine. (There are no doors from the living room to the kitchenette)
- A twin bedroom (beds can be joined upon request)
- A bathroom with a bath tub.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There are 2 steps to access the unit
- The main villa and the dependence are situated in 2 completely different and independent areas.
- The use of the pool is reserved to la Novellina main villa only.
- Daily rentals are accepted provided the rental does not cross 2 standard weeks (being Saturday to Saturday). 3 Night Minimum.
