The apartment, with its small private garden, is situated in a green area in the centre of Florence. It can easily be reached by car from Piazzale Donatello, and is only a five minutes walk from the Accademia and Piazza San Marco.

Pinti apartment, covering 140 square metres in total, has recently been restored.

It consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, GYM and garden.

It consists of an open space divided into three levels, linked by stairs. With this lay out, the rooms although not divided by doors, can provide a little privacy. On the ground floor there is the living area, the kitchenette, the dining area, a small laundry, and a bathroom with a shower. Above the living area there is an open loft bedroom with a double-bed, and a small bathroom (with lavabo and WC).

There is a second loft (accessed by different stairs) with an "emergency" bed (ideal for children).

In the basement, there is another double/twin bedroom, a living area, a bathroom with shower, and a small gym area with fitness equipment.

The small private garden is located within a larger one where among the others is the owners house.

The apartment is air conditioned.

People with cat allergies have to be informed before renting this apartment.
