Villa Olimpia is an eighteenth century restored villa located at the foothills of Asolo in a beautiful 6 acre park with green lawns and secular trees that surround the 7 x 14 m pool.
Located at the centre of the Veneto Region, from the villa you can reach the sea or the Dolomites with in one hour, as well as the most important Veneto art towns.
Olimpia develops on three floors: On the ground and first floor is OLIMPIA 8, on the second floor is OLIMPIA 6 and OLIMPIA 2, each with independent entrances.
Olimpia 6 and Olimpia 2 cannot be rented separately when Olimpia 8 is rented.
The owners residence is also located on the property, in the “Barchessa” between the gate and the villa.
The whole villa is 1160 sqm and the guests accommodation develops over 960 sqm. There is parking inside the property for 4 cars.
Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house.
OLIMPIA 8 Ground Floor & first floor
800 sqm; sleeps 8 people (entrance from the garden)
Ground floor entrance hall, study room, TV (NO SAT, DVD) room, formal dining room (10/12 people); the “Spanish” red room, that leads to a charming pergola, second dining room (16 people), half bathroom, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, gas range, oven, freezer, coffee maker; laundry with washing machine and iron. Next to the kitchen one bathroom with shower.
First floor (16 steps)
4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
One double bedrooms with king size bed with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower head.
One twin bedroom (beds cannot be joined) plus an extra bed with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower head.
Two twin bedrooms with bed that can be fitted as double, each one has an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
All four bedrooms are attractively furnished with antiques.
The villa is not Air conditioned but in summer time each bedroom has a fan.
OLIMPIA 6 -second floor (28 steps) with independent entrance from the rear of the villa.
It measures 160 sqm: sleeps 6 people in 3 twin/double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower), large living, dining table for 6, kitchen with gas range, oven, toast, fridge, washing machine, microwave, TV (NO SAT) DVD, STEREO.
OLIMPIA 2 - second floor (28 steps) with independent entrance from the rear of the villa. It measures 55 sqm: sleeps 2 and consists of a one room apartment with twin/double bed, kitchenette with microwave and bathroom with shower.
The whole property sleeps up to 16 people.
There is no telephone in the villa; Internet is available in Olimpia 8 at 40 euros x week.
The villa has been comfortably restored, the garden has been featured in Italian garden magazines. The friendly owners' dog lives on the property.
NOISE: As with all in-town houses, the sound of people and traffic could be heard. The main road is located behind the rental, but once inside the beautiful garden you will not feel like you are in a noisy place. Only two bedrooms room (in Olimpia 8) have windows towards the road, both have triple glasses against noise.

- In case we receive a request when the owner has already occupied one of the units we offer Olimpia with 10% discount on the listed price. Of course the garden and the pool will be shared.
- Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm for an extra fee of 50 Euro
