TUSCANY

The Bella Tuscany is a crowd pleaser. No matter where you start visiting this region, you certainly will enjoy the richness of this bountiful place. From the medieval hilltop towns of San Miniato, known for its truffles and the local food markets and restaurants where visitors can sample the highly prized delicacy; to the village of Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, and home to a dedicated museum where you can learn about the life and work of this famous Renaissance artist and inventor. Not to forget, the medieval town of San Gimignano, known for its striking towers and beautiful architecture. Among this stunning landscape of rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves, and medieval villages, Aurelisia is an exquisite XV century villa and annex, that can host up to 16 guests; it is a great place to relax and unwind, a Tuscan dream of rare beauty and a feast for the senses.

LIVING SPACES
Ground floor
Both buildings are designed with the same concept: on the ground floor, a generous social open space with adjoining distinct zones, a sitting area with a plush sofa and chairs around a fireplace that add warmth and draw attention, and a sunlit dining area next to the steel-framed glass windows which maximize the views. Exquisite, draped curtains are placed around the large windows for added softness; to play with texture, rattan soft sofas and chairs, golden natural wood pieces and object de décor are witfully placed in the well-designed spaces. The energy of Aurelisia is special because the feeling of nature is so present. Both the villa and the annex are provided with fully equipped kitchens. A guest bathroom is present in the main villa.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The estate features a manicured Italian garden with ancient trees, hosting the private swimming pool, gated for children’s safety. Both units offer balconies and covered outdoor areas for eating al fresco; however, the piece of resistance is the Annex’s majestic panoramic terrace with balustrade, where to enjoy beautiful views of the park and the typical Tuscan surrounding landscape during the sunny summer days.

Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti’s must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!

Toscana - Tuscany

Tuscany is the place we all dream of….The place we want to retire to, and it is that place that will echo in your heart for a life time once you have stayed there and felt the essence of the organic life that passes by there each day.

With fields of sunflowers as far as they eye can see, olive groves and vineyards lining every street corner make Tuscany’s country side a picture worth painting. With its abundance of  tiny medieval towns scattered around the hills, open air markets where locals gather each Saturday morning to offer their produce such as Truffle oil, olives, chianti wine, cured meats etc makes Tuscany the perfect place to visit for those that love food, wine and history.
