LIVING SPACES
Ground floor:
The social spaces are all located on this floor. The white air-conditioned sitting room, cozy thanks to a fireplace, opens onto a scenic patio, and the mood inside is as easy and airy as it is outside. The rustic accessories on display recall the history of the house, once a farm, now a well-restored and hospitable vacation villa. A separate dining room is also available for the days when eating al fresco might not be your preference. A fully equipped commercial grade-kitchen that opens onto the patio is designed for entertaining and cooking the perfect summer meals.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
Beside well-maintained landscaped grounds, the villa features a stunning panoramic pergola, with comfortable outdoor seating and lounge areas for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. A private swimming pool that provides a refreshing way to cool off on hot days, set in a sunny area so you can easily work on your tan when not out exploring. When the sun finally goes down, the outdoor dining area is perfect for al fresco dining in good company.

Villa Benefica is one of the few properties that can accommodate people with limited mobility, a rare find along the Amalfi Coast. The villa is located away from the main tourist towns, so it is quiet and relaxing – yet just a few-minutes’ drive to the serviced village of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, and a 20-minute drive to Sorrento. The Bay of Nerano is just a 10-min drive away.
Villa Benefica is the perfect villa to use as a base to explore the Amalfi Coast. Capri is accessible via public ferry from Sorrento, or by a private boat you can hire through our concierge.

The strategic location of Sorrento allows you to visit a plethora of interesting sites with short haul and frequent connections. Naples, with its magnificent museums and marvelous churches, the ruins of the great Pompeii and Herculaneum (you will be amazed at how fascinated you may become if you visit the ruins with a good passionate guide – ask our concierge for assistance in booking one of them), Mount Vesuvius and the glitzy Capri, in addition of course to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, the gems of the Amalfi Coast. All these must-see destinations are a short ride away.
And keep in mind: this area has the highest concentration of excellent restaurants in all of Italy. Are you hungry yet?
