The main villa has a floor heating-and-cooling system in all rooms including all bedrooms; the Guest Houses are provided with A/C-heating units; all bathrooms are provided with hair dryers.

The villa’s expansive open-plan living area seamlessly blends comfort, style, and functionality. At its heart is a sleek island kitchen, perfect for both casual dining and culinary pursuits, alongside a spacious dining area enhanced by a striking arched glass door that bathes the space in natural light. The sitting area, centered around a charming fireplace, features a light-gray sofa, neutral tones, and layered textures, from soft fabrics to blond wood parquet floors, creating a serene yet inviting atmosphere. Overhead bleached beamed ceilings add rustic elegance to the contemporary design. A separate TV room with a large satellite TV offers a cozy retreat for entertainment. Completing this level are a chic guest bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room, combining practicality with refined luxury for an exceptional guest experience.

GUEST HOUSE I
The ground floor of the loft-style house features a welcoming living area, a spacious dining table that comfortably seats 10, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Designed for effortless entertaining, the kitchen flows seamlessly into the outdoor dining area, ideal for al fresco meals.
An air-conditioned sunroom lounge with an independent entrance is perfectly positioned on the sunset side of the valley. This inviting space connects directly to a 15-square-meter outdoor yoga deck and is equipped with yoga mats and basic outdoor gym equipment for guests’ convenience.

OUTSIDE FEATURES:
The property is set in a peaceful position overlooking the tranquil rolling hills surrounding the city of Florence. When a day or an evening spent relaxing on the patio is most needed, Villa Ione offers several areas for unwinding in style. The well-maintained lawn includes a gazebo that shelters a casual lounging area overlooking the stunning infinity-edge pool, and two dining areas for dining al fresco – one can accommodate 6 and one for 10 guests. The estate is protected by hundreds of olive trees and vineyards that ensure total privacy for the guests.

Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti’s must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
