First Floor:
1 twin/king bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower;
1 twin/king bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with tub and hand-held shower;
2 twin/king bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower;
1 king bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Second Floor:
2 king bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower.

All bedrooms are provided with A/C and all bathrooms are supplied with hair dryers and bathrobes.

LIVING SPACES
Ground Floor: The bright formal living room is comfortable and sophisticated thanks to its Persian rugs, original antiques and some family heirlooms, which bring an elegant feel and a personal touch to the room. Large French doors ensure this traditional room doesn’t feel stuffy, and let you soak up the morning sun while enjoying the garden views. Media room features a large flat-screen satellite TV, DVD and music system. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare informal meals. Office room provided with everything needed to work while away from your desk, if you really have to.

Lower Floor: This floor’s open concept merges three rooms into a single space: the professional spacious and modern kitchen, the wine cellar offering a wide selection of Tuscan wine a la carte, and the formal dining room with a generous table that can sit in style up to 18 guests. The dining room has direct access to the outdoor space through French doors. Laundry room and private staff quarters complete this floor.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The villa is surrounded by mature trees that create a very private refuge for its guests. A wonderful gazebo is situated off the ground-floor kitchen, and it is elegantly furnished for lounging and al fresco eating. The landscaped grounds include a private swimming pool, a private tennis court, a putting green and several trails for walking in the woods. The villa offers also a pool house featuring changing rooms with showers, gym, mini kitchenette and sauna for up to 3 people.

The historic town of Lucca features many attractions and unlimited historic charm. Take a stroll or rent a bicycle and ride on its ancient walls and through the town past famous monuments, several churches and the Guinigi Tower, which has trees planted at the top. Make sure to visit the church of Saint Michele and then enjoy a cappuccino in Saint Michele square. Don’t miss shopping along Via Fillungo!
North of Lucca, the famous Garfagnana Valley extends for miles, a splendid natural vista of mountains and hills. Along the way, stop at the famous “Devil’s Bridge”—legend says the Devil himself has visited this spot. A huge Halloween celebration is held here every year. In Pisa, the famous Leaning Tower awaits. Some say it is one of the wonders of the world, and all agree that a sight of the Leaning Tower is a must for all those coming Italy. The nearby Forte Dei Marmi is one of the most popular places in Italy during the summer, boasting a beautiful beach, elegant shops and boutiques, and an active nightlife of bars and clubs like La Capannina and the Twiga Club.
