This newly restored apartment is elegant yet cozy, with views of a canal and of the bustling San Boldo square. Located in a beautiful 19th-century palazzo, the apartment is located just a short walk from the San Stae vaporetto stop. A tennis court in the center of the property (rare in Venice) can be used by quests for a small fee. The train station can be reached in eight minutes, San Marco is ten minutes, and the Rialto Bridge is just five minutes. Although the location is very convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, it is away from the crowds and the area is very peaceful and residential. The Mariano Aartment occupied the ground the second floors of the palazzo and has a private garden area.
