Minimum stay: 7 nights in high and mid-season, 3 nights in low season.
Flexible arrivals always permitted.

Private Chef & Culinary Experience
Breakfast: Daily continental breakfast included, featuring cold cuts and eggs. Special egg preparations available at an extra charge.
Lunch & Dinner: A private chef service is provided. Menus are agreed upon in advance, with payment required before arrival (ideally together with the final balance).

For tailor-made menus, a food deposit may be paid by bank transfer before arrival, with actual ingredient costs deducted at check-out.

Wines & Spirits: Selected separately.
Grocery Service: Grocery shopping upon arrival available with a €100 supplement.

Concierge Service
A dedicated concierge is included, available before, during, and after the stay.

Private Chapel
An on-site private chapel is available. Certification for private ceremonies has been requested from the municipality and is currently pending.

Deposit & Security
Security deposit: €4,000 to be wired to the owner at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Refunded within two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Guests must leave the accommodation clean and tidy; any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance, or rubbish disposal will be charged against the deposit.

Pool
Open approximately April 1 – October 31 (dates subject to weather conditions).
Pool heating included, but water temperature depends on weather and outside conditions.
