Casa Menaggio is a beautifully appointed modern accommodation located directly on the lake and overlooking Menaggio marina. It consists of 2 different units:
– Main house : 430 mq sleeps 12 people in 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms + 180 mq terrace with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake.
– Penthouse: 280 mq sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
For the comfort and convenience of all our guests, the apartments are strictly no-smoking and no pets.

• Deli Shop: if on the day of your arrival you reach the villa late and are too tired to go shopping and do your cooking, you can order food from “ Susy”, the local deli shop. We can send you the menu of their dishes. The order should be sent to us a couple of days before your arrival and we will get reconfirmation of availability from them They bring the ordered food to the villa still warm. Their portions are very generous and the choice is ample.
• Boat Rental
• Day Sailing Trips: This is a chance to sail with an expert skipper who will bring you to most picturesque places around Lake Como. The trip is for keen sailors or just for beginners. Departure from villa Navalia. Fulvio is not just an expert skipper but also the perfect host and speaks both Italian and English, he is able to provide a ‘sailors’ perspective of life on the lake.
• Personal Chef: for one day an expert chef will take care of your brunch, lunch or dinner.
• Private Cooking Lesson: The cooking lesson with a professional chef is finished off seated around the dining table, enjoying your food. At the same time you have the opportunity to learn how to use your kitchen to its full potential and enjoy a ‘restaurant’ quality in the comfort of your own home. Lessons can be given every day, booking in advance is required.

Attractions
Menaggio is half way up the western side of Como Lake, reachable by car from Como town (35 kn/22miles) and Lugano (28kn/18miles) in Switzerland. It faces Varenna and Bellagio that can be reached in 15 minutes by ferry.
There are a lot of activities in and around Menaggio. Sailing, play tennis, play golf in one of the oldest golf course of Europe (Golf Club Menaggio & Cadenabbia), water skiing, kite surfing.

Ideal for a large groups or families who want either a relaxing holiday, or an active one with a lot of sightseeing, walking, or water activities that take place in and around the harbour.

Lombardia is located at the very north of Italy and borders with Switzerland and the Alps. Home to the industrial capital city of Milan which is perhaps the biggest centre in the world for fashion with names like Armani, Prada, and Gucci all residing in Milans ‘Golden Quad’. The local people of Milan take great pride in the way they dress and it can often seem they are all on a catwalk as they quickly march through the streets.
Milan is also the finance powerhouse of the country, and is not driven by tourism. The city itself is fast passed, and a great place to visit if you are a serious shopper.

The unit Donato located around the pool is suitable for 2 guests (it is possible to add one extra bed at an additional cost) and is a completely renovated 2-story stone cottage. The new shared pool is just few steps away.
