Located in the Itria Valley – the Trulli Land – one of the Apulia’s most popular and attractive areas characterized by typical conical constructions, the trulli, Villa Navira welcomes you to experience this delightful region, with its olive orchards, white towns, and wonderful landscapes. You will be enchanted by this new-coming region, full of charm and the atmosphere of bygone times, where the simple yet explosive flavored cuisine and the wonderful selection of locally produced wines will make sure to enhance your stay. Twenty minutes from Ostuni, Villa Navira is an inviting and stylish world of its own. The estate, just renovated, offers absolute calm and is a privileged setting whose every detail ensures you an absolutely charming stay.
Unit 1 (main):
King bedroom with shared bathroom with shower
Queen/twin bedroom with shared bathroom with shower

Unit 2:
King bedroom with private bathroom with shower

Unit 3:
Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower

The three units are adjacent but with separate entrances. All the bedrooms have A/C and the bathrooms are provided with hairdryers.

Villa Navira’s few living interior spaces, specifically one open-space living room with dining area, TV, and fully equipped kitchen in the main unit, and a smaller lounge with kitchen in the second unit, are sleek and stylish while a calm vibe is achieved by using a monochromatic gray hue. Although the units are completely independent, with separate entrances, the consistent use throughout the units of cozy and inviting decorative elements such as organic warm wood, stone and stainless-steel, ensures that spaces feel interconnected. The minimalist decor against the crisp white-washed walls creates a bright and captivating look. The only patterns used are in the geometric fabric.

The manicured landscape of Villa Navira is nestled amidst ancient olive trees. Here is plenty of space for lounging outdoors, under the furnished and comfortable veranda, and in the patio with its willowy curtains and large table with chairs for up to 8 people, making the area ideal for dining alfresco. A stone barbecue is also at guests’ disposal for enjoying grilled food among friends and family.

Surrounded by very well-kept lawns, a private shimmering swimming pool (11m x 5m x 1.2m) is located just off the front of the house and features a stone sun deck where you can work on your suntan. Other embellishments on the grounds include shaded cabanas, large umbrellas, and hammocks, plenty of areas for relaxing in style.

The villa was designed with warmth, comfort and style in mind. A practical and yet simple-elegant property for spending fun mornings and quality evenings. The peaceful location does not disappoint the more vivacious guests of the group. In fact, the lively Ostuni with its plethora of stores, cafes and restaurants is only a short drive away.

Apulia boast the longest coastline among all mainland Italian regions, lapped by the Adriatic and Ionian limpid sapphire seas. For the most part of the year, this region is soaked by the sun and cooled by a fresh breeze, making it the perfect summer destination for the beach lovers. In the last decade, however, Apulia has been stirring tourists interest for many other reasons. Conquered by many different ancient civilizations – Greeks, Romans, Turks, Franks, Normans, Swabians, Angevins and Bourbons – Apulia treasures an impressive collection of castles, great artistic and cultural heritage, and important archeological sites. Besides the magnificent beaches and the crystal clear waters, Apulia’s highlights include the unique village of Alberobello with its white-washed trulli lining the streets, the natural wonders of the famous Grottoes of Castellana and Fasano, the baroque city of Lecce, Ostuni, nicknamed la città bianca due to the picturesque white stone houses and churches, and – last but not least – the captivating food reflecting centuries of mixed cultural influences. The only con to visiting this region is…so much to experience, so little time!
