TUSCANY

Sometimes, a place simply speaks to you—whether through a memorable experience, a personal connection, or the way it makes you feel more relaxed and inspired. Val d’Orcia is one of those places. Famous for its iconic landscapes of rolling hills, cypress-lined roads, and picturesque villages, Val d’Orcia offers a more serene and timeless atmosphere compared to the vineyard-draped hills of Chianti. This UNESCO World Heritage site is a perfect blend of history and culture, with charming villages like Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni, and landmarks such as the stunning Abbey of Sant’Antimo.
At the heart of this unspoiled region, Villa Valbeata awaits you. Perched in a commanding position, this villa provides the perfect base for an unforgettable vacation, letting you fully experience the unique charm of Tuscany.

The medieval town of Siena is built across several hills and valleys; that’s why you will find yourself walking up and down through its historical center. The lack of car traffic makes Siena a wonderful place to stroll, especially with kids! Despite sometimes being packed with tourists, the city always has a quiet and easygoing feel. A must-see is the shell-shaped square called Il Campo. This is the focal point of the city and the perfect setting to snap your Instagram photos while enjoying an over-sized gelato. This is also the venue of the internationally renowned horse race, The Palio, which takes place on July 2nd and again on August 16th each year.
Visit San Gimignano, famous for its skyline, and Volterra, renown for alabaster artifacts. The small fortress cities within easy driving distance of one another, each offer their own special appeal. The medieval walled city of Monteriggioni – for example – was built in the 13th century and it is known to be one of the most well preserved ancient fortifications in Italy, which is why it is a preferred destination for plenty of tourists, scholars, architects and archeologists from all over Europe.

Toscana - Tuscany

Tuscany is the place we all dream of….The place we want to retire to, and it is that place that will echo in your heart for a life time once you have stayed there and felt the essence of the organic life that passes by there each day.

With fields of sunflowers as far as they eye can see, olive groves and vineyards lining every street corner make Tuscany’s country side a picture worth painting. With its abundance of  tiny medieval towns scattered around the hills, open air markets where locals gather each Saturday morning to offer their produce such as Truffle oil, olives, chianti wine, cured meats etc makes Tuscany the perfect place to visit for those that love food, wine and history.
