The villa is 300 m2 /360ydl2 and develops on three levels.
The front door leads into a large open-plan lounge/dining area.

The expansive and welcoming living room boasts a functional fireplace, plush seating, satellite TV, and a CD player stereo system. Adjacent to it, the dining area features a square table accommodating up to eight guests comfortably.
The modern and spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, large refrigerator, oven, and a charming antique table. A guest bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen. French windows open from the living room onto the panoramic terrace and the swimming pool area.

Outfitted with lounge chairs and umbrellas, the terrace offers an ideal setting for relaxation and alfresco dining while soaking in the magnificent valley views. In the evenings, outdoor lighting enhances the property’s ambiance, illuminating both the surroundings and the pool area.

A staircase comprising 16 steps ascends to the second floor, where two bedrooms are located. One bedroom features a double bed measuring 180×200 and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower. The second bedroom also offers a double bed of the same dimensions (180×200) and boasts an en suite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms benefit from south-facing windows overlooking the garden. Parking for two cars is conveniently located inside the property near the villa entrance.

The property is maintained by a gardener, and the caretaker can arrange light lunches and dinners, which can be paid directly to her. Other amenities include pool towels and Wi-Fi access.
