Villa Brin is a luxury, air-conditioned waterfront villa sleeping 8 people, with a pool, tennis court, private sandy beach, dock, and a private in-house 9-hole golf course. Many other free amenities, such as table tennis, soccer, basketball, a dinghy, sailing, canoeing, bicycles, and a 40 HP motorboat (no license needed), are available at no extra cost.
An additional independent guest house with 2 beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom is available on special request.
Located between Arona and Stresa on Lake Maggiore shores, Villa Brin is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the attractions of the wonderful Italian lake district. The villa provides all the facilities that one would expect from luxury accommodations: air conditioning, pool, private beach and dock, tennis court, and golf course.
Guests can also use bikes, canoes, a sailing dinghy, and a motorboat (no license needed), offered by the owner.
The estate is located in an exclusive gated community, far from the bustle of the road that runs along the lakeshore. The lush garden extends over 80,000 sqm (20 acres) and is planted with native flowers, fruit trees, and aromatic herbs.
Proximity to the village also ensures that all essential amenities are close at hand, within a five-minute walk, including restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, pâtisserie, post office, bank, and hairdressers, as well as a bus stop.
The friendly owners live in a separate villa inside the property (50 meters from Villa Brin). They are eager to offer you the finest services while granting your privacy without intruding.
As a member of the Experience Villas Collection, Villa Brin will be pleased to offer its guests an amazing experience: they’ll be able to enjoy the lake with their own powerboat! A powerboat – shared with the owner – without the need for a license (40 HP) is included in the price (fuel not included).
Pool size: 14 m (46 ft.) x 7 m (23 ft.). Parents with kids should be aware that the pool is not fenced off.

Attractions
The surrounding area offers an impressive range of cultural and sporting activities. The region is a paradise for walkers and cyclists, with horse-riding and tennis also available nearby. For golfers, two golf courses are located within a 10-15 minutes’ drive, with several less than an hour away. Beaches and water sports facilities are, of course, available.
The villa is 500 meters from the village and sits almost equidistant (4 km) between Arona and Stresa, the two main touristic Lake Maggiore resorts. The ferry to the other lake towns and islands docks at Belgirate (a 10-minute walk). Switzerland is just half an hour away.
Interior Description
Completely newly restored, Villa Brin is a fully air-conditioned spacious house (350 sqm/3767 sq ft) and develops on one level, therefore suitable for people with walking difficulties. The villa comes with four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom (shower). It features a spacious living room with a working fireplace, a large and superb kitchen equipped for the most ardent cook, and a dining area opening onto a shaded pergola for al fresco dining. Upstairs, there is an additional open space/living area.
Interiors at Villa Brin are styled to provide traditional Italian elegance with a modern twist. Quality and attention to detail are found everywhere, from the choice of the outdoor furnishing to the fully appointed kitchen with top-specification appliances. Lombardia and The Lakes
Lombardia is located at the very north of Italy and borders with Switzerland and the Alps. Home to the industrial capital city of Milan which is perhaps the biggest centre in the world for fashion with names like Armani, Prada, and Gucci all residing in Milans ‘Golden Quad’. The local people of Milan take great pride in the way they dress and it can often seem they are all on a catwalk as they quickly march through the streets.
Milan is also the finance powerhouse of the country, and is not driven by tourism. The city itself is fast passed, and a great place to visit if you are a serious shopper.
The main attractions in Milan include Il Duomo di Milano, Leonardo Da Vincis last supper, La Scala opera house, and the Castello Sforzesco.
