This luxurious 15th century villa sets in the centre of a nice village at the foothills of the Dolomites and it is a perfect holiday rental for family and friends.Guests experience a visit to a Renaissance villa with modern and luxurious touches.All living areas are furnished with a mix of modern Italian design and antiques that have belonged to the owner’s family for hundreds of years.
Spacious rooms with high ceilings and private bathrooms offer comfortable living.The garden of two acres features an 18-meter swimming pool and a secluded seating area under the monumental chestnut tree. During your stay at Villa Jasmine you can experience all the marvellous things the Veneto region has to offer within easy reach.
The villa is an hour’s drive from Venice, Padova and Treviso. The area is well known for its food and wine, and its mountains offer fantastic walks, bike trails, and skiing facilities.Through the imposing entrance hall decorated with giant swords, the family’s battle standardand armature and statues, you enter the villa (2000 sqm).On the ground floor (on the right of the entrance):
A living room with a fireplace and two white sofas, a dining room, and a fully equipped designer kitchen with a traditional Venetian open fireplace. The kitchen opens up to a newly restored portico and has a view of the rose garden. From the dining room, a door opens into a laundry equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
On the left of the entrance there is a room with an ancient wood table which gives access to a second living room.On the first floor: grand living room with fireplace, blue sofas, writing desk and chess table. On the left of the living room there is a double bedroom (#1), a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom (#2) with en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Both bedrooms have original frescoes dating back to 1823. On the right of the living room there are a TV room with flat screen TV (sat), CD and DVD player, a master bedroom (#3) with en suite bathroom with a bath and two separate showers, and another double bedroom (# 4) with an en suite bathroom and separate shower. This bedroom gives access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (#5) with a bath and separate shower, and to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath.
The remaining empty buildings of the property consist in the old stables and granaries where the silk production of the family’s farms used to be dried.Three extra bedrooms are available on request. Internet access (WIFI) available. Villa Jasmine is a no smoker’s villa. Two nice dogs live in the garden of the property.Linen changed once a week (pool towels included). Water, gas, electricity included (heating excluded, to be paid on consumption on the spot). Final cleaning included. A private cook and housekeeper can make sure that you will never be left wanting. Daily maid service and preparation of breakfast as well as another meal are included in the price for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Laundry service can be arranged.
