Villa Selvamica – Your Italian Home Near Orvieto
Villa Selvamica is an authentic Italian countryside villa that seamlessly blends historic charm with modern comfort. Set among the rolling hills just outside Orvieto, this restored farmhouse retreat is ideal for families, friends, or multiple households seeking a peaceful, long-term home in the heart of Italy. With its warm character, thoughtful amenities, and kid-friendly layout, Selvamica provides an inviting base for everyday living, cultural immersion, and relaxed exploration.

A Home with History and Heart
Originally composed of two separate farmhouses, Selvamica has been carefully restored to honor its heritage. The structures are united by what once served as a storage area for agricultural tools—now transformed into the villa’s spacious kitchen and welcoming living room. Traditional elements such as chestnut-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, and handcrafted furnishings preserve the soul of the property, while continuous improvements ensure modern-day comfort.
The villa has long been the cherished home of its owners, who now open its doors to guests who appreciate authenticity, Italian culture, and the respectful enjoyment of a historic home.

Comfortable Living for Families and Groups
Selvamica accommodates up to 11 guests with ease, offering generous indoor and outdoor spaces designed for both privacy and togetherness.
6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms ensure comfort for extended families or multiple couples, including:
• 5 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom
• 1 single bedroom, perfect for a child, teenager, or accompanying guest

The interiors are bright and comfortable, and select bedrooms feature air conditioning—a welcome luxury in the warm months. High-speed Wi-Fi, cozy seating areas, and a fully equipped kitchen make day-to-day living effortless.

Countryside Serenity with Modern Conveniences
Outside, a private pool overlooks the sweeping hills of Orvieto, offering spectacular views at every hour of the day. A fenced garden surrounds the villa, creating a safe environment for children and a peaceful atmosphere for outdoor meals, moments of relaxation, or simply savoring a glass of local wine.
The property is completely independent, ensuring privacy, quiet, and an immersive connection with nature.

An Unbeatable Location in the Heart of Italy
Selvamica sits in a privileged position—just 5 miles from the medieval town of Orvieto, one of Italy’s most beloved hilltop cities. While the villa feels wonderfully secluded, it lies within easy reach of iconic destinations:
• Assisi, Todi, Montefalco, Gubbio, Civita di Bagnoregio, Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, and countless Umbrian and Tuscan villages
• Rome – about 1 hour
• Florence – about 2 hours

This strategic location makes Selvamica ideal for long-term stays: live in the peaceful Umbrian countryside while exploring the cultural, artistic, and culinary treasures of central Italy.
