Would you like to spend a pleasant stay in the heart of Verona? Mercatorum is located inside a historic and recently renovated building, right next to the ancient building of the “Domus Mercatorum” in Piazza Erbe, which is the oldest square in Verona, a Unesco heritage site and has always been the beating heart of the city over the centuries, since Roman times. The apartment is on the third floor, served by a lift and with independent access from the back alley of the historic square. It is equipped with every comfort to make the most of your stay: Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and underfloor heating, Smart TV-LCD, washing machine, dryer, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all accessories for cooking, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dining area and a sofa. It has got a large and bright living room overlooking Piazza Erbe and the Torre dei Lamberti. Furnished in a modern and refined style, with wooden beamed ceiling, it includes two bedrooms with double bed and a small balcony overlooking the back, two bathrooms with shower and soundproofing of the rooms. For guests is included a supply of bed linen and towels. Mercatorum is located in the heart of Verona in the wonderful Piazza Erbe, just 800 meters from the Arena and Piazza Bra, one kilometer from Castelvecchio or the Roman Theater. A short distance away are also the famous Juliet’s House and the Capitular Library of Verona, considered the oldest library in the world still in business. Parking space is available in the covered parking, reachable in just 15 minutes on foot from the apartment (toll parking)

Daily morning cleaning of bedrooms and common areas from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding Sunday)

Porter service included on first day of rental (between 4:00pm – 8:00pm) and on last day of rental (between 8:00am – 10:00am)
Shuttle service on request from the villa to Massa Lubrense main square from 8:00am to 4:00pm (on Sundays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm)
Garden and pool maintenance

Additional housekeeping service and kitchen cleaning: €30 per hour/per staff member

Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff

Shuttle service for use between 4:00 pm and 10 pm (to be booked before 4 pm), from the villa to Massa Lubrense main square – 6 people per way: €20 per each way. For use after 10 pm, the extra charge to apply is based on the pickup time.

Damage Liability: €1,500
Mandatory Food Allowance: €1,500 to be paid locally, in Euro cash
Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
Pets NOT allowed
Professional outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and shuttle vehicle can be operated only by villa personnel
Due to the narrow private access road, we advise against the use of cars to reach the villa’s entrance. Free parking is available at close distance from the property
Check-in: between 4:00 pm–7:00 pm; Check-out: before/by 10:00 am
Late check-in fee: €150 for arrival between 7:00 pm–10:00 pm (includes porter service) – No arrivals will be accepted after 10 pm
All the extras must be paid locally before departure, in euro cash.
Credit card payments processed locally as well as any expense not settled prior to departure are subject to a 12% fee.

Venice is the main attraction for many visitors as there really is no other city like Venice in the world. From the grand Piazza San Marco, to the Rialto bridge and the grand canal, one can enjoy spending a few days getting lost in the little streets and bridges of Venice.
Visits to the Basilica di San Marco, palazzo ducale, the gallerie dell’accademia and Cannaregio are all a must.
