LIVING SPACES
Ground Floor:
The sitting room is bright and spacious with a palette of maritime blues paired to blond wood floors and furniture. This mix creates an easygoing feel for a typical seaside room with all the classic must-haves: world map printed on wood, helm and seashells pictures on the wall. This inviting space overlooking the water is the ideal place for a Play station friendly game, or just to watch TV. The large and beautiful kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and marble top, is connected with the dining area as well as with the outdoor patio for alfresco meals.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The generous patio is equipped with an electric awning to adjust the shade at your pleasure when it is time for lunch or dinner. Walking across the well-tended garden, a tranquil sitting area is the ideal spot to enjoy the cool coastal breeze whisking through during the hottest summer hours. Large white stone steps lead from the lawn to the dramatic and unique infinity pool, where sunbeds and large canvas umbrellas are provided to ensure the most relaxing effect. Close to this area is an outdoor kitchen, including also a pizza oven, perfect for grilling your meals a la Bobby Flay! For those who always enjoy a hot tub, at the end of a busy day touring the area, nothing is better than to sink in it and star-gazing!

Naples, with its magnificent museums and marvelous churches, the ruins of the great Pompeii and Herculaneum (you will be amazed at how fascinated you may become if you visit the ruins with a good passionate guide – ask our concierge for assistance in booking one of them), Mount Vesuvius and the glitzy Capri, in addition of course to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, the gems of the Amalfi Coast. All these must-see destinations are a short ride away.
