Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Praiano, Ravello, Maiori – these are some of the most iconic towns along the Amalfi Coast, connected by a stretch of winding road that runs for about 70 km, between the cities of Salerno and Sorrento.
If you’re envisioning beautiful views, verdant vegetation, tasty food and fun, memorable days, you cannot go wrong with the Amalfi Coast: no matter where you decide to rent your villa, you will be pleased. Sorrento is a particularly convenient option: its historical center is mostly on flatland, there is a plethora of good restaurants and bars, and from here you can reach nearby points of interest such as Pompeii and Capri, as well as the southern shore. For all these reasons, Sorrento is often the destination of choice for families or larger multi-generational groups. Here, the unique Villa Vanisa, built on two floors, commands great views of the Sorrento Bay, Mount Vesuvius and the city of Naples on the horizon

Ground floor:
King bedroom (mattress 180 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower, sea view
King/twin bedroom (2 mattresses 90 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower, garden view
Queen bedroom (mattress 160 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower, garden view

First floor:
King bedroom (mattress 180 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower, sea view
King bedroom (mattress 180 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower, sea view
King/twin bedroom (2 mattresses 90 cm x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower, sea view

All bedrooms have air conditioning, safe and smart TV; all bathrooms are provided with hair dryers.

The ground floor is where the social spaces are located: a panoramic sitting room with a picture window invites the guests to take in the magnificent view, offering direct access to the garden. The fully equipped open kitchen serves the dining room with a spacious table that sits up to 14. This room has direct access to the garden as well. The modern interiors are elegantly decorated with custom-made furniture and finishes, resulting in a chic unique villa – perfect to spend comfortable time in style. A guest bathroom is also on this floor.

The villa features 10,800 sq ft of private manicured garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation, perfectly furnished areas to enjoy and nice space for dining al fresco. The panoramic private swimming pool (9m x3m) and its equipped sundeck, both facing the sea, offer comfort during the warm hours of the day. There is also a solarium located on the rooftop.

A/C units, heating, unlimited Wi-Fi; smart TVs, stereo system, dishwasher, icemaker, washer and dryer, hairdryers, safes, private outdoor swimming pool (9 m x 3 m), outdoor shower, BBQ, stone pizza oven, security system, electronic gate, ample private parking.

The villa is well suited for guests with limited mobility – from the parking space there are no stairs to climb to reach the ground floor where the social spaces and some bedrooms are located. You could go to Sorrento on foot (approx. 20/25 mins, downhill) and come back by bus or taxi. You can reach Positano with a 30-min panoramic drive, and Pompeii in less than one hour.
