AMALFI COAST

La Costa Divina – the Divine Coast – is the nickname given to the Amalfi Coast and it perfectly condenses the feeling this stretch of coastline of Campania inspires.
International high-end travelers have been coming here since the 18th century and the enthusiasm seems not to have faded. The iconic landscape, the crystal waters, and the hospitality-ready towns are paired with the warm interaction of the locals, making the time spent here a memorable one. Near the town of Maiori, Zelaide is nestled inside a verdant lemon orchard, and it has been renovated to meet the needs of the modern savvy traveler. This 4-level villa offers great privacy, superb views, a private infinity pool, and all modern amenities for a comfortable summer retreat. Life is beautiful, especially here!
3 BEDROOMS/3 BATHROOMS
First floor:
Master queen bedroom with sea views, and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/shower
Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower – on request, this room can be converted to a twin.

All bedrooms have 170x200cm mattresses, air conditioning, safe and Sat Tv; all bathrooms are provided with hair dryers.

LIVING SPACES
The villa floors are connected via stairs, 44 steps in total.
Ground floor:
The interior decor and furnishing of this house are traditional and they blend perfectly with the original architectural details: cotto floors, vaulted ceilings, and antique wooden doors. The result is a cohesive, fresh, and modern style.
On this level, the spacious bright living room, with fireplace and TV, opens onto the garden and the patio via two glass-doors. A full bathroom is also available.
Lower level:
A separate air-conditioned dining room, with fireplace and mezzanine, is conveniently adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen which also includes a breakfast area and a pizza oven. The dining room faces a furnished pergola for meals al-fresco. A guest bathroom completes this floor.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The villa boasts an expansive manicured garden, two panoramic terraces to relax outdoors, and a vegetable garden. There are separate areas for dining, including BBQing, relaxing on a chaise lounge under the sun, or for conversations under the stars.
The furnished solarium features an infinity edge swimming pool which can be heated on request for a fee (8m x 4m, with whirlpool corner), and an outdoor shower.

AMENITIES
A/C in bedrooms and living room, heating, unlimited Wi-Fi; sat TVs with Netflix and Prime Video channels, fireplaces, Hi-Fi system, dishwasher; washing machine, BBQ, hairdryers, safe, wood-burning pizza oven, vegetable garden, private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), outdoor shower, golf-cart, private parking for up to 4 cars.

The bus-stop is just outside the front gate, and from here it is possible to reach all the towns along the coast with public transportation (although not recommended in high season). A winding scenic drive along the coastal road, known for its hairpin bends and spectacular views, takes visitors to Positano, Praiano, Amalfi and the spellbinding uphill town of Ravello, with its incomparable belvedere. Any of these popular resort towns along the coast are good bases for exploring the surrounding areas. Buses and ferries run frequently and are the most convenient way to reach other towns while avoiding what could be a challenging drive in the bustling summer traffic. Other excursion possibilities include a boat trip to the islands of Capri and Ischia, a visit to the vibrant cities of Napoli, Salerno, or the gracious Sorrento, or an exploration of Pompeii and Herculaneum – the fascinating ruins of ancient cities destroyed by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in the 1st century A.D.
The Amalfi Coast offers an abundance of cafes, shops, art galleries and restaurants on its vertical terrain. Most beaches are small pebble inlets of land thus the best way to enjoy the sand and the turquoise water is to tour the area by boat (ask our concierge about it!) and let an expert local captain take you to his favorite spots or suggest the best seaside restaurants. A memorable experience!
