Lombardia and The Lakes
Lombardia is located at the very north of Italy and borders with Switzerland and the Alps. Home to the industrial capital city of Milan which is perhaps the biggest centre in the world for fashion with names like Armani, Prada, and Gucci all residing in Milans ‘Golden Quad’.  The local people of Milan take great pride in the way they dress and it can often seem they are all on a catwalk as they quickly march through the streets.
Milan is also the finance powerhouse of the country, and is not driven by tourism. The city itself is fast passed, and a great place to visit if you are a serious shopper.
The main attractions in Milan include Il Duomo di Milano, Leonardo Da Vincis last supper, La Scala opera house, and the Castello Sforzesco.

This elegant property seamlessly blends rustic, original historical charm with the opulence and convenience of modern living. EXTERIOR: The villa is surrounded by a magnificent 12,000 sq. mt flowered garden, situated within a private and fenced area on the tranquil Garda hills. The panoramic section features an outdoor infinity pool (6x10 meters) offering breath-taking views of the lake, along with a covered gazebo furnished with a table for eight. Adjacent to the villa is a spacious outdoor terrace with a seating area, another gazebo accommodating eight people, and a barbecue for entertaining. The estate comprises the main villa and a separate dependence. HISTORY: The original dwelling, dating back to the 17th century during the Serenissima Republic of Venice, transitioned through various historical periods. In the 18th century, during the rise of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the subsequent establishment of the Kingdom of Italy, the rustic edifice served as a residence for multiple farming families dedicated to agricultural pursuits, particularly the cultivation of olives for the production of the renowned Garda Oil. In the latter half of the 20th century, the rustic structure underwent renovations, leading to its division into several residential units. However, the current owner, in 2023, meticulously reunited the spaces, restoring the entire villa to its original grandeur through a comprehensive external and internal renovation. The historic stone structure, emblematic of the Garda region, has been consistently preserved. This preservation is complemented by luxurious touches, including the incorporation of precious marbles and modern furnishings. This meticulous integration achieves a seamless fusion of ancient tradition and contemporary elements, resulting in a harmonious and distinctive residence. Interior Description MAIN VILLA: The main villa, spanning 400 sqm, unfolds across three well-appointed floors. The lower floor boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, an inviting dining room adorned with a fireplace, a convenient service bathroom, a stylish living room featuring a digital and satellite LCD TV, a captivating billiard room with a fireplace, and a well-appointed bar corner. Ascending to the upper floors is the master bedroom, with a private bathroom with a shower, tub, a Turkish bath area, and an expansive walk-in closet. Additionally, there are two graciously appointed double bedrooms, each accompanied by private bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a tub), along with a double bedroom paired with an adjoining room housing two single beds and a dedicated bathroom with a shower. In the adjoining service section, accessible separately from the kitchen, a single room with a private bathroom and a laundry room provide practical amenities. DEPENDANCE: Adjacent to the main villa, the Depandance, extending over 200 sqm, stands independently with separate access. The lower floor encompasses a fully-equipped kitchen, a convenient service bathroom, a charming terrace opening to a private garden, and an accompanying gazebo. The first floor welcomes you with a cozy living room featuring a fireplace and a twin bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are two tastefully appointed double bedrooms, each with a bathroom with a shower.
