Villa Garda is a captivating luxury villa with a pool nestled in the scenic hills overlooking Lake Garda. This elegant property seamlessly blends rustic, original historical charm with the opulence and convenience of modern living.

EXTERIOR:
The villa is surrounded by a magnificent 12,000 sq. mt flowered garden, situated within a private and fenced area on the tranquil Garda hills. The panoramic section features an outdoor infinity pool (6×10 meters) offering breath-taking views of the lake, along with a covered gazebo furnished with a table for eight. Adjacent to the villa is a spacious outdoor terrace with a seating area, another gazebo accommodating eight people, and a barbecue for entertaining.
The estate comprises the main villa and a separate dependence.

HISTORY:
The original dwelling, dating back to the 17th century during the Serenissima Republic of Venice, transitioned through various historical periods. In the 18th century, during the rise of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the subsequent establishment of the Kingdom of Italy, the rustic edifice served as a residence for multiple farming families dedicated to agricultural pursuits, particularly the cultivation of olives for the production of the renowned Garda Oil.

In the latter half of the 20th century, the rustic structure underwent renovations, leading to its division into several residential units. However, the current owner, in 2023, meticulously reunited the spaces, restoring the entire villa to its original grandeur through a comprehensive external and internal renovation. The historic stone structure, emblematic of the Garda region, has been consistently preserved. This preservation is complemented by luxurious touches, including the incorporation of precious marbles and modern furnishings. This meticulous integration achieves a seamless fusion of ancient tradition and contemporary elements, resulting in a harmonious and distinctive residence.

Lombardia and The Lakes

Lombardia is located at the very north of Italy and borders with Switzerland and the Alps. Home to the industrial capital city of Milan which is perhaps the biggest centre in the world for fashion with names like Armani, Prada, and Gucci all residing in Milans ‘Golden Quad’.  The local people of Milan take great pride in the way they dress and it can often seem they are all on a catwalk as they quickly march through the streets.

Milan is also the finance powerhouse of the country, and is not driven by tourism. The city itself is fast passed, and a great place to visit if you are a serious shopper.

The main attractions in Milan include Il Duomo di Milano, Leonardo Da Vincis last supper, La Scala opera house, and the Castello Sforzesco.
