Boundless recreation is available at the villa thanks to its generous private heated swimming pool, the tennis court, pool room, children playground, and impeccably manicured lawns gently sloping to the water, where a private dock could anchor your rental boat – the best way to explore the shore.

This beautiful 20th century villa showcases a light-flooded ground floor including a spacious living room with serene lake view, a generous formal dining room, a fully equipped commercial-grade kitchen, and a game room with ping pong and foosball table. The laundry room and a guest’s bathroom complete this floor. All the villa finishes, starting from the beautiful French doors leading onto the sunny terrace, the polychrome marble fireplace, the crystal chandeliers, to the wooden millwork of the grand staircase will remind you of the gentler lifestyle of yesterday.
Second Floor
Generous playroom with beautiful lake view. Here a pool table and card table are available for the guests to enjoy a game among friends, after dinner.
OUTDOOR FEATURES
The manicured private park boasts a spacious fenced swimming pool (10m x 6m x 1.10m), a playground with a slide and swings, a children wonderland, the tennis court and several grass terraces. A shaded panoramic area in front of the villa, ideal for relaxed lounging or dining al fresco is for you to enjoy. The grounds are magnificent and they are all yours!

Lombardia is located at the very north of Italy and borders with Switzerland and the Alps. Home to the industrial capital city of Milan which is perhaps the biggest centre in the world for fashion with names like Armani, Prada, and Gucci all residing in Milans ‘Golden Quad’.  The local people of Milan take great pride in the way they dress and it can often seem they are all on a catwalk as they quickly march through the streets.
