La Novellina
La Novellina is a wonderful renovated farmhouse set in the heart of the Chianti region. The property is located in between Florence (35kms) and Sienna (42kms) and accommodates up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. La Novellina has a new panoramic swimming pool, lovely surrounding gardens, a large olive grove, and the views stretch all the way to the tips of Sanginminiagno. It will then prompt you for a username which is 'admin', and then a password which is 'villas'. This video gives you a very good idea of what you can expect of La Novellina. La Novellina also has an arrive and relax package included in the cost of the rental which is a complimentary catered dinner for your entire party on your arrival night, along with an advanced grocery shop which includes things like pasta, oil, coffee, wine, fruit etc. Pool towels and maid service are also included.
Casa Monica
Casa Monica is a beautiful estate located just south of Florence in a very elegant area called Bagno di Ripoli. Casa Monica is made up of 3 apartments (or small villas) on the one estate called Violetta, Tosca and Mimi. The estate has some breathtaking views over Florence and a beautiful pool which is shared by the 3 units. The friendly English speaking owner (Monica) lives on the same estate and is very helpful.
Casa Monica Violetta
Violetta is a delightful self contained cottage located just 15 minutes south of Florence. Violetta offers some breathtaking views over Florence, a well equipped kitchen, living room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom, and the ground floor has direct access to the garden which features a beautiful panoramic swimming pool. There is also a lovely little restaurant in walking distance to the property. The property is very well located for doing easy day trips around Tuscany to other cities and towns such as Sienna, San Ginminigano, Pisa etc.
Casa Monica Mimi
Mimi is located behind Violetta and it is also suitable for 4 guests offering one double bedroom and one pull out sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. There is a spacious living area, a well equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a nice outdoor area with furniture.
Casa Monica Tosca
Tosca is part of the same building as Mimi and is also suitable for 4 guests offering one double bedroom and one pull out sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. There is a spacious living area, a well equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a nice outdoor area with furniture.
